Payment, Renewal and Cancellation Policy

For new enrollments, International Vacations, Inc. offers three payment options for its Independent Travel Agent Program:

Payment Option  Amoount Billing Frequency
Yearly $299 Charged once per year
Quarterly $79 Charged every three months
Monthly $29 Charged each month

All payment options provide participation in the same Independent Travel Agent Program. The option selected only determines the amount and frequency of payment.

Payment and Automatic Renewal

The first payment will be charged when the agent enrolls. After that, the selected plan will renew automatically using the payment method on file:

  • The yearly plan renews automatically at $299 per year.
  • The quarterly plan renews automatically at $79 every three months.
  • The monthly plan renews automatically at $29 per month.

Automatic payments will continue until the agent cancels the plan.

To avoid an unintended renewal charge, agents who plan to cancel their subscription or update their payment method should make the change at least 48 hours before their next scheduled renewal date. Payments that have already been processed are nonrefundable.

Legacy Annual Renewal Plans

Certain existing agents may remain eligible for a legacy annual renewal rate established prior to the current program pricing. This section applies only to agents who were enrolled under a legacy annual renewal arrangement prior to September 1, 2026, and does not apply to new agents enrolling under the current program pricing.

Beginning with renewals processed on or after September 1, 2026, eligible existing agents will be transitioned to an automatically renewing annual subscription.

Once established, the subscription will renew automatically each year on the agent's renewal anniversary using the payment method on file, unless the subscription is canceled before the next renewal date.

Legacy renewal pricing applies only while the agent remains eligible under the terms established by International Vacations, Inc. If an agent's account becomes inactive and the agent later chooses to reinstate participation, the prevailing program rate will apply.

To avoid an unintended renewal charge, agents who plan to cancel their subscription or update their payment method should make the change at least 48 hours before their next scheduled renewal date. Payments that have already been processed are nonrefundable.

Military and First Responder Annual Subscription Plans

Eligible military members, first responders, and their immediate family members who are approved by International Vacations, Inc. for this special program receive their first year of participation at no cost.

Beginning on their first enrollment anniversary, eligible agents will be charged an annual renewal fee of $72.00. This fee will be established as an automatically renewing annual subscription.

Once established, the subscription will renew automatically each year on the agent's renewal anniversary using the payment method on file, unless canceled before the next scheduled renewal date.

To avoid an unintended renewal charge, agents should cancel their subscription or update their payment method at least 48 hours before the next scheduled renewal date. Payments that have already been processed are nonrefundable.

This special subscription rate is subject to the eligibility requirements established by International Vacations, Inc. If an agent's account becomes inactive and the agent later chooses to reinstate participation, the program rate applicable to their eligibility at the time of reinstatement will apply.

Promotional Pricing and Discounts

International Vacations, Inc. may occasionally offer promotional pricing or discounts on Independent Travel Agent Program payment options.

The terms of each promotion will determine whether the discounted rate applies only to the initial payment or also applies to future recurring payments.

If a promotion includes recurring discounted pricing, the applicable discount will continue according to the terms of that promotion for as long as the agent remains eligible and the subscription remains active.

If an agent’s account or subscription becomes inactive and the agent later chooses to reinstate participation in the program, the agent will be subject to the prevailing program rate at the time of reinstatement. Any previous promotional pricing or discount will no longer apply unless otherwise stated by International Vacations, Inc.

If a promotion applies only to the initial payment, future renewals will be charged at the regular rate then in effect for the selected payment option unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.

Promotional offers may have additional eligibility requirements, expiration dates or other restrictions. The specific terms provided with the promotion will control.

Changing Payment Options

To move from the monthly, quarterly or yearly plan to a different payment option, the existing subscription must be canceled and a new subscription must be established under the desired payment option.

Agents who wish to change payment options should contact Agent Support before canceling their existing subscription so the change can be coordinated and unnecessary interruptions to their participation in the program can be avoided.

Payments that have already been processed are nonrefundable. Changing payment options does not entitle the agent to a refund or prorated credit for any unused portion of a billing period.

Pausing or Skipping Payments

The subscription management portal may provide options to pause a subscription or skip a scheduled subscription payment.

Agents should contact Agent Support before pausing or skipping a payment so they understand how the change will affect their participation in the Independent Travel Agent Program.

While a subscription is paused, the agent's active participation in the Independent Travel Agent Program is also paused. During that period, the agent may not make new bookings through International Vacations, Inc. or earn commissions on new business until the subscription is reactivated.

If an agent skips a scheduled payment, the agent's active participation in the Travel Agent Program will also be suspended for the skipped billing period. During that time, the agent may not make new bookings through International Vacations, Inc. or earn commissions on new business.

Commissions earned on eligible bookings made before the pause or skipped payment will continue to be handled in accordance with International Vacations, Inc.'s commission policies and the Independent Contractor Agreement.

The agent may resume normal program participation once the subscription is active again and the account is in good standing.

Extended inactivity or failure to maintain an active payment plan may result in termination from the Travel Agent Program in accordance with the Independent Contractor Agreement.

Failed Payments

Agents are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method and ensuring that their billing information remains current.

If a scheduled payment cannot be processed, up to three attempts may be made to collect the payment.

During any period in which required program fees remain unpaid, International Vacations, Inc. may hold commission payments and restrict access to program resources until the account is brought current.

If payment cannot be successfully processed after the final attempt, or if an outstanding balance is not otherwise resolved, the agent's participation in the Travel Agent Program may be suspended or terminated.

Cancellations

Agents may cancel their payment plan through their online account or by contacting Agent Support.

Cancellation prevents the plan from renewing at the end of the current paid billing period. The agent will retain access to the Travel Agent Program through the end of that billing period, provided the account remains in good standing.

Payments that have already been processed are nonrefundable. No full or partial refunds or prorated credits will be issued for unused time remaining in a billing period.

To avoid an unintended renewal charge, cancellations should be completed at least 48 hours before the next scheduled renewal date. Payments that have already been processed are nonrefundable. No full or partial refunds or prorated credits will be issued for unused time remaining in a billing period.

If the agent is canceling the payment plan in order to change to a different payment option, the agent must establish a new subscription under the desired payment option as outlined in the Changing Payment Options section above.

If the agent is canceling participation in the Travel Agent Program, the cancellation will be handled in accordance with the terms of the Independent Contractor Agreement.

Agents who are canceling their participation in the Travel Agent Program must also contact Agent Support. Canceling the automatic payment alone does not replace any notice or other requirements contained in the Independent Contractor Agreement.

Annual Documentation Requirements

All participating agents are independent contractors and must complete the documentation required by International Vacations, Inc.

During initial registration, agents must sign an Independent Contractor Agreement and submit a completed Form W-9, government-issued identification and any other required documentation.

Agents must also complete the required agreement and documentation process each year, regardless of whether they select the yearly, quarterly or monthly payment option.

Agents are responsible for promptly reporting changes to their legal name, address, tax information, contact information or other required records.

Failure to submit the required documentation may result in suspension or termination of the agent's participation and access to program resources. Incorrect or incomplete information can also delay commission payments.

This policy should be read together with the Independent Contractor Agreement and any other applicable program terms. If there is a conflict between this policy and the Independent Contractor Agreement, the Independent Contractor Agreement will control.

Manage Your Payment Plan

Agents may use their online account to update or change the payment method used for their subscription, such as replacing an expired card or using a different credit or debit card.
